Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

Any pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, or proprietary systems used by Third Eye Solutions to deliver services (including but not limited to automation templates, dashboard structures, and workflow architectures) remain the intellectual property of Third Eye Solutions.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp Business API, n8n, Supabase, or hosting providers). Third Eye Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms.

While we apply industry best practices and data-driven strategies, digital marketing and automation outcomes (such as leads, rankings, conversions, or engagement) depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
